Working methods
The Presiding Board of the Supervisory Board draws up the resolutions of the Supervisory Board, if they relate to measures that require the consent of the Supervisory Board. In urgent cases, the Presiding Board is empowered – pursuant to the rules of procedure – to approve specific measures and transactions subject to the requirement for consent instead of the Supervisory Board.
